Stacked – Del Amo Mall

This weekend ME and DREWvsFOOD hit up STACKED at the Del Amo Mall… Its across from BJ’s and P.F Changs… A couple weeks ago Me and BOB the Barber rolled to this same Stacked for a few Beers and Burgers… I didnt even know Del Amo had one, so i told DREW vs FOOD about it and he wanted to roll…

So we cruised in for lunch and got right to it… If you never been here before, you order everything on a iPad… So lets say you want a Turkey Burger on Wheat with American cheese, Mayo, pickles and Onions… you pretty much build that shit on the iPad by dragging everything you want on to the burger and stack it up! Hence the name! So EVERYTHING is ordered off of this iPad. Drinks, Sides, Sauces, Appetizers, Salads, Pizza, Burgers anddd you can even Order AMC Movie Tickets… So if you wanna grub and catch a few drinks and then go watch a movie? STACKED got you covered!

So here’s a shot of the iPad on the Appetizer screen… I ended up Ordering a Beer, Fries, and built a Burger… Drew got a Green Tea, Onion Strings and one of their signature Burgers… You gotta Follow him on Twitter if you wanna see what he had!

They got some dope ass Beers on tap here! I forgot the name of this one but i think it had “BEAR” in the title! Good Dark full flavor Brewski! They alos had Arrogant Bastard on tap and a few others…

Heres the Small order of Fries… Like i said you choose your sauces off the iPad.. and i got BarBQ sauce and Sriracha Mayo Sauce… Yeah i said SRIRACHA!!! Shit is BOMB! i also got it on my burger too!

Here’s the small order of Onion Strings… I think the 2 sauces he got was Garlic Aioli and Red Pepper Aioli or something like that! those shits were bomb too!

Sorry for the crappy pics… but the lighting sucked in there cuz it was mid afternoon and i didnt wanna hit it with the flash! Shit was packed and i didnt wanna make a scene! hahahahaaa! and plus my phone sucks so the camera sucks and i got shakey ass hands! hahahaaa!

Now for the Main event! I had a Angus Burger with Jack Cheese, Bacon, Caramalized onions, Jalepenos and grilled Peppers with a Fried Egg on top… all up on a Pretzel Bun smothered with Sriracha Mayo!

So thats how it came to the Table!

Shit was good! Service in here was cool as shit too! They kept Drew’s Green Teas filled, Napkins on the table and they were just cooler than cool in there! Chill spot if you want a good beer and create your own burger… They also got Pizza’s and Hot Dogs too! I Might try a Pizza next time… But if you live in the Soouth Bay area! This spot is at the Del Amo mall down stairs from the AMC!

Slater’s 50/50

So the Day after Christmas we hit up Slater’s 50/50 in Huntington Beach. Now if you never been here before let me break down what goes down over here! This is a REAL Build it how you Want it Burger Spot! The Menu with all the Pre-Designed Burgers is gnarly by itself, but they also hand you a “Design your Own Burger Menu” which is like a long ass piece of paper with EVERYTHING you can imagine to put on your burger!

I ordered the OG Slater’s 50/50 Burger! Which is a pre designed burger that comes with a Half Gound Beef and Half Ground Bacon Burger Patty! Yeah i said Half Beef Half Bacon (Hence the name 50/50) which comes topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, a Egg Sunny Side up, Chipotle Mayo and Guacamole! Now you get a choice of a 1/3 patty, 2/3 patty or a Full Pound Patty! I went with the 2/3 thinking i was gona play it safe! Here’s what the Burger looked like!

The burger also came with a Pickle on the Side! Heres another pic with out Flash!

So as you can see… This shit aint NO Joke! and if you know me, you know i can shred some food! But i couldnt even finish that shit! But i aint not chump! im going back to fuck it up.. hahahaa i aint lettin that shit Conquer me! hahaaaa

We also ordered some sides! We got Fried Pickles and Fried Artichoke… and French Fries and Onion Rings… Each side came with its own little special sauce! There was like a Mustard sauce, Bar BQ, i think a Ranch type sauce and then…. a Bacon style Ketchup! that shit was CRAZY! Super BOMB! not sure how they got the Ketchup to taste like bacon but it was Top Shelf! Here’s some pics of the Sides…
